The cramping muscle spasm is a brief, abrupt, involuntary one of our muscles, which shrinks and becomes hard, causing pain. The most common are muscle cramps leg cramps and night cramps.

Though brief, involuntary muscle contraction it causes intense pain that can sometimes last for several minutes. Everyone has suffered or will suffer cramps on occasion, but not uncomfortably but are often given more importance because of its short duration. Vitamin PP (or B3). It is present in artichokes and spinach, beef liver and meat concentrates.
